To celebrate the end of another packed, exciting week at MxM, we had tea and cake. Tim is an advocate of proper tea, made from leaves, in a pot; so I took this picture for him of a sketch I saw in Howies on Carnaby St.

His speciality is making sense of the different pieces of user experience, technology and business process that make up the system that delivers a service.

Tim has an unhealthy obsession with ‘the coming Web’. This job makes that sort of okay. He’s helped start-ups, media-owners and brands to conceive, design, launch and manage many innovative and successful websites, including Yahoo’s Social Find of The Year 2007 and the Telegraph’s blogs and online community My Telegraph.

Prior to joining Made By Many, Anjali worked with non-profits, a film festival and Nike. At Made By Many, her official job title is Account Manager, though she does some planning here and there. She’s just relieved to work in a place where she can indulge in her passion for the web and not stand out like a sore thumb!!!
