We deliver digital strategy in an innovative and visual way, articulating strategy into design through sketching and prototyping, and then into build by working closely with agile developers to create rich, social media services for the next generation web.

Who are we?

William Owen
Founder / Executive Director
William is a generalist par excellence. A career in journalism, the City, branding and internet consulting yielded method in its madness by showing a way through the wicked problems of service design. His speciality is making sense of the different pieces of user experience, technology and business process that make up the system that delivers a service.

Tim Malbon
Founder / Executive Director
Tim has an unhealthy obsession with ‘the coming Web’. This job makes that sort of okay. He’s helped start-ups, media-owners and brands to conceive, design, launch and manage many innovative and successful websites, including Yahoo’s Social Find of The Year 2007 and the Telegraph’s blogs and online community My Telegraph.

Stuart Eccles
Founder / Technical Director
Stuart is a technologist’s technologist who can speak intelligibly to geeks and business people alike. This is a rare talent.

Isaac Pinnock
Founder / Creative Director
Isaac is an interaction designer who understands how to develop a service idea and make it real.

Sarah Craze
Known as the CSS Ninja but dabbles in JavaScript too. Sarah believes websites can be accessible and built to web standards without sacrificing innovation and creativity.
